Model History
To honour the Delta Integrale’s brilliant career, Lancia built two run-out special editions – the Dealer's Collection and the Edizione Finale. Now widely regarded as the most coveted Evo II variant, the Final Edition was produced for Japan-only, where the Delta Integrale had been immensely popular. With its “wish list” factory specification it was one of the most highly spec’d Integrale models with unique features including carbon fibre interior trims, various OMP upgrades, a push-button starter, Eibach springs, anthracite wheels, and the now iconic HF stripe. Production was limited to just 250 numbered vehicles.
Equipment
Rosso Master paintwork, Black cloth and Alcantara upholstery, 16-inch wheels in anthracite, HF stripe, HF numbered grille badge (182/250), Bonnet vents and exterior trims in matte black, Air conditioning, OMP pedals and passenger footrest, Push-button starter, Carbon fibre interior trim, Final Edition short shift kit, Aluminium gear knob, Instrument fascia in silver, Electric front windows, Sony cassette radio, OMP rear strut brace, Momo two-spoke leather steering wheel, Adjustable rear spoiler, Spare wheel, Lancia tool kit, Spare key, Lancia certificate of authenticity.
Exterior
This exceptional Evo II ‘Edizione Finale’ has covered a remarkably low 15,400 miles from new. The condition of the body and paintwork is absolutely first-rate including all the trims, seals, and badges. All the glass is original and, perhaps most importantly for any Integrale, this one is also entirely rust-free. Having been used sparingly on the salt-free roads of Japan from new until 2017, the underside is the best we have seen of any unrestored example. Since arriving in the UK eight years ago the car has been carefully stored in a professional dehumidified facility to keep it in perfect order. Given the very low mileage, excellent provenance and condition, we are confident that this is one of finest examples available today.

Interior
As with the exterior of the car, the interior is amazing. The original Recaro bucket seats are very well presented with unmarked bolsters and contrasting Alcantara centres free from any major wear or bobbling. The door cards are still protected by their factory plastic coverings and the black footwell carpets are also spotless. The original OMP pedals remain in fine order, the aluminium gear knob is immaculate, and there are no loose or rattling trims to report. In the boot you’ll find an undamaged parcel shelf, spare wheel, and the original Lancia tools. All in all, a highly impressive Final Edition interior, the only upgrade over standard being a tasteful two-spoke Momo steering wheel with a complementing centre stripe in yellow.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
With its super low mileage and excellent maintenance record, the engine bay of this example remains in fine original condition. On arrival into the UK only a few hundred miles ago the Integrale was sent to marque specialists, Tanc Barratt, for a full inspection, major service, and belt change. A no-expense-spared mechanical re-commissioning was then carried out to ensure everything was in perfect working order. The car has remained in storage ever since but has still been regularly exercised, MOT’d, and maintained as required. The most recent service and cambelt change was completed in March 2023.

History File
This rare Final Edition was first registered in November 1995. Despite driving only 15k miles in Japan it was regularly maintained at close mileage intervals, as follows: 1k, 8k, 10k, 10k, 11k, 12k, 13k, 14k, 15k, and again at 15k miles. Shortly after arriving in the UK a major service and re-commissioning was completed by Tanc Barratt, and most recently, in 2023, another service and belt change were carried out despite very few miles having been driven.
The level of originality on this example is exceptional, with a history file to match. The paperwork is complete with all the original Lancia booklets from the supplying dealer along with every maintenance record from new. The car was registered in the UK in 2017 and has seen only one private owner since then. Not to be missed, a simply stunning Evo II in the most collectible specification.
