Exterior

Finished in iconic Rosso Corsa over Crema, this exceptional right-hand drive 328 GTS is one of only 542 UK-supplied examples. The odometer reads just 13,063 miles and, in line with the very low mileage, the car remains in pristine condition throughout. The paintwork is some of the finest we’ve seen on a Ferrari of this vintage, presenting with a deep, uniform shine and in that unmistakable red hue – our studio photos really don’t do it justice. Even on close inspection the body is perfectly straight with excellent panel fitment, the trims and glass are all first-rate, and the 16-inch alloy wheels are completely unmarked. The car has always been carefully stored to preserve its amazing condition and it really shows. An investment-grade example, worthy of any collection.

Interior

The cabin is every bit as impressive as the exterior. Trimmed in its original Crema leather, the upholstery has never been restored or reconnolised and instead displays only light patina that only a carefully preserved, low-mileage example could acquire. The seats, door cards, and centre console are contrasted perfectly by rich Bordeaux carpets and hand stitched Nero leather across the dash, all in similarly exquisite condition. None of the switchgear is worn or marked, and everything works exactly as it should including the factory air con which has just been recharged. Pleasingly still fitted with a period-correct Blaupunkt cassette player, this is without doubt the best and most original ‘80s Ferrari interior we’ve seen.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION

With its 3.2-litre ‘Quattrovalvole’ V8, the 328 is widely regarded as the most reliable Ferrari of its time. This beautiful example has just returned from a service and timing belt change carried out by Meridien Modena Ferrari, so she’s ready to be driven and enjoyed immediately. The air conditioning has also been serviced and blows ice cold – a rarity on many classic Ferraris that makes this one even more usable. The engine bay is very well presented, and the car drives beautifully. Despite the low mileage of only 13k, this GTS has been serviced 16 times as recorded in the original maintenance booklet and accompanying invoices.

History File

The 328 has earned a reputation as one of the most usable and dependable classic Ferraris ever built. Combining Pininfarina’s iconic styling with a charismatic naturally aspirated V8 and a truly analogue driving experience, it remains one of the marque's most sought-after modern classics. Beautifully preserved and mechanically up to date, this particular example was supplied new in January 1987 by Colmore Ferrari, West Bromwich. It is one of only 542 UK cars and it has driven just 13,063 miles in the hands of 7 keepers (current since 2019).

The accompanying history file is well documented and comprises the original tan leather book pack with all owners’ manuals, the original stamped service booklet, invoices and paperwork dating back to the car’s first service in August 1987, a raft of MOT certificates, period sales literature, and the current V5C registration document showing 6 former keepers.
